Because NetSurant supports network advanced technologies, our staff has a unique makeup of IT professionals who have core technical expertise with additional advanced technology training and are trained in delivering remote technical support services. Not every network or security engineer is the right fit for a dynamic operations center environment. Our team is trained to quickly understand customer needs and incident priority, triage the issue, and initiate steps to resolution. All of this is done by a dedicated team of engineers, seated at a network console, night and day, 365 days a year. No pagers. No on-call. No juggling projects and schedules. We’re there when you needs us.
